Rooms are basic. ok just to sleep in. Clean and well stocked with tea, coffee and toiletries for the night. Down side, walls very thin and was kept awake by neighbours talking till 4am. Was hard to find as it's within the university, no parking outside and 5 min walk from car, found a very friendly student who took us to the lodge as we couldn't find it. Staff on desk were very friendly and helped with any questions we had.
Perfect location for the gig, 100 metres from the venue!! Room was clean and stocked with clean towels, kettle and coffee, hairdryer, fan and walk in shower in a clean bathroom. Receptionist was lovely and very helpful. It was a different experience staying on a university campus, minus most of the students however I enjoyed my stay, full English breakfast was great and I would definitely go back
I stayed here twice - both times I was invited to speak at the UEA, so it was perfect to stay on campus. The rooms are very clean, they have all you need. The only thing that can be a bit annoying is that breakfast is served in another building and only until 9:30. But appart from that, it is wonderful to stay on campus, especially if you have things to do there. The city centre is a bus ride away, there is a sports complex and a wonderful art gallery on campus + other facilities. The campus itself is beautiful. So it is perfect to stay here if you need to be on campus. Do note that the evenings get noisy with students partying, but that's university campus life! I personally love it.

The room was lovely, as was the en-suite. Clean and comfortable. Bed and bedding were so comfy I wanted to take it all home me. Staff were lovely.
After a long 4 hours drive it was great to be able to stay on campus ready for the Open day the next day. Rooms a very good size. Very clean. Water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate in rooms. Big bonus was we could park the car all the next day for the Open day. Reception very helpful.
Booked the hotel as we were going to a gig at the university, lovely staff, clean room, tea coffee topped up every day, shops close by, and the student union bar, great location for the gig, we also used the bus to get into Norwich, we will be back
Booked for one night only, work trip. Arrived late and I had to collect the key from the security office. Straight process, friendly staff. The access with the taxi was a bit confusing, no front door access.Close to hospital, nice area ( university campus). It was quieter than expected. Clean room, comfortable bed, kettle and complimentary drinks in the room. The shower was so so but usable. The price was excellent compared to other similar places and extremely short time booking. Overall very pleased. Thank you!
